B+S Black OV-GRP9 - 900mm Grill Plate Gas Range with Oven
The OV-GRP9 is a 900mm wide range with a full width 20 mm thick grill plate over a wide gas oven, and no open burners. It suits a high volume burger or breakfast kitchen where the plate does most of the work. Its plate is thicker than the 16 mm plate on the 600mm OV-GRP6, and its oven is 785 mm wide instead of 485 mm.

- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
- Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
- Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 900 x 840 x 1030 mm unit.

Common questions:
Is a fan forced oven available?
Not on this model. The fan option is available on the combination ranges with open burners, such as the OV-SB4-GRP3.
Is the plate thicker than on other ranges?
Yes, at 20 mm it is the thickest in this oven family. The 300mm plates are 12 mm and the 600mm plates are 16 mm.
How is the gas load split?
On natural gas, the three plate burners account for 66 MJ/h and the oven burner for 29 MJ/h. With no open burners, that is well under the 175 MJ/h of the OV-SB4-GRP3 at the same width.
