The OV-SB2-CBR3 fits two 31 MJ open burners, a 300mm char broiler and a gas oven into a 600mm wide range. It suits a small cafe or restaurant that wants to boil, grill and bake from one spot. The OV-SB2-GRP3 swaps the grates for a flat plate, and the OV-SB4-CBR3 adds two burners and a wider oven.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 600 x 840 x 1030 mm unit.
• Options: B+S also offers a fan forced oven, a pilot per burner, non-swivel rear castors and a 600 x 50 mm plinth kit. Ask us for a price.

Common questions:

Will my trays fit the oven?
The oven is 630 mm deep, 485 mm wide and 290 mm high, measured from the lowest rack position to the top panel. Check your trays against those sizes.

What does the fan forced option need?
It has a 1.2 m lead and 10 A plug, so you need a power point within reach as well as the gas connection.

How is the gas load split?
On natural gas, the two open burners account for 62 MJ/h, the char broiler burner for 34 MJ/h and the oven burner for 29 MJ/h.
