The B+S Black OV-SB4 is a 600 mm gas range with four 31 MJ open burners over one oven, for cafes, small restaurants and any kitchen short on line space. The OV-SB6 adds two burners in 900 mm and the OV-SB8 goes to eight burners in 1200 mm, and both have a wider oven at 785 mm inside against 485 mm here.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 600 x 840 x 1030 mm unit.
• Options: B+S also offers a fan forced oven, pilot lights and non-swivel rear castors (set of two). Ask us for a price.

Common questions:

Is the oven fan forced?
Not as standard. The oven relies on natural convection from its burner. The fan forced option adds a 30 W fan and needs a 10A power point, with a 1.2 m plug.

How is the gas load split?
On natural gas, the four open burners account for 124 MJ/h and the oven burner for 29 MJ/h.

Can I have a grill plate instead of two of the burners?
Yes, with a different model. The OV-SB2-GRP3 is the same 600 mm width, with two burners and a 300 mm grill plate over the oven.
