The OV-SB6-GRP3 is a 1200mm wide range with six 31 MJ open burners, a 300mm grill plate, a gas oven and a 300mm storage cabinet beside the oven. It suits a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen that wants a long burner line and a small plate. The OV-SB6-CBR3 has char grates instead, and the OV-SB4-GRP6 trades two burners for a wider plate.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 1200 x 840 x 1030 mm unit.
• Options: B+S also offers a fan forced oven, a pilot per burner, a chrome plated grill plate, non-swivel rear castors and a 1200 x 50 mm plinth kit. Ask us for a price.

Common questions:

Does the oven run the full 1200 mm?
No. It is 785 mm wide inside, the same as the 900mm ranges, and the cabinet takes up the rest of the base.

What is the storage cabinet for?
It gives you storage built into the frame, beside the oven. The narrower ranges in this family do not have one.

How is the gas load split?
On natural gas, the six open burners account for 186 MJ/h, the grill plate burner for 22 MJ/h and the oven burner for 29 MJ/h.
