The B+S Black OV-SB6 is the 900 mm range in the family, with six 31 MJ open burners over one wide oven. It suits restaurants, hotels and institutions that run several pots at once and still need oven space. The 600 mm OV-SB4 has two fewer burners and a narrower oven, while the 1200 mm OV-SB8 keeps this oven and adds two burners and a storage cabinet.

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 900 x 840 x 1030 mm unit.

Common questions:

Would a grill or char broiler suit me better than six burners?
If you want a flat plate or char section on the same 900 mm range, look at the OV-SB4-GRP3 or OV-SB4-CBR3. Each has four burners and a 300 mm section over the oven.

Is fan forcing standard on this oven?
No, it is a paid option. The standard oven works by natural convection. The fan forced version runs a 30 W fan and plugs into a 10A power point on a 1.2 m lead.

How is the gas load split?
On natural gas, the six open burners account for 186 MJ/h and the oven burner for 29 MJ/h.
