B+S Black OV-SB8 - 1200mm 8 Burner Gas Range with Oven
The B+S Black OV-SB8 is the largest burner range in the family, with eight 31 MJ open burners in 1200 mm, for restaurants and hotels with heavy stovetop work. The frame holds one oven and a 300 mm storage cabinet beside it. That makes it two burners and a cabinet up on the 900 mm OV-SB6, with the same oven size.

Common questions:
Does 1200 mm wide mean a 1200 mm oven?
No. The oven is 785 mm wide inside, the same as the 900 mm OV-SB6. The rest of the width under the burners is the storage cabinet.
How is the gas load split?
On natural gas, the eight open burners account for 248 MJ/h and the oven burner for 29 MJ/h.
Can I add a fan to the oven?
Yes, as a paid option. It runs a 30 W fan and needs a 10A power point, with a 1.2 m plug.
