B+S Black OV-TT9 - 900mm Gas Target Top Range with Oven

The B+S Black OV-TT9 puts a 900 mm cast iron target top over a wide oven, for kitchens that want one large flat top and an oven in the same footprint. It differs from the TT-9 by having an oven where that model has an undershelf, and from the OV-SB6 by having one solid top instead of six open burners.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 900 x 840 x 1030 mm unit.

Common questions:

Is the oven fan forced?
Only if you choose the fan forced option. That version has a 30 W fan and needs a 10A power point, with a 1.2 m plug.

How is the gas load split?
On natural gas, the top burner accounts for 42 MJ/h and the oven burner for 29 MJ/h. That is about a third of the OV-SB6 at the same width.

Should I buy this or the TT-9?
Choose this model if you need the oven. If your oven is elsewhere, the TT-9 gives you the same cooking surface with storage space on the undershelf below.
