Elementry HT-20S - Heated Food Warmer Cart, 20 Pans, Single Door
The Elementry HT-20S is a mobile heated cabinet that holds 20 x 65mm deep 1/1 GN pans of hot food at 30 to 90°C. Convection heating keeps the temperature even, and a built-in water tray adds humidity so food doesn't dry out while it waits. It suits caterers, function venues, clubs and busy kitchens that need to hold food before service or move it between rooms. It is the slimmer of the two Elementry carts, at 515mm wide; the HT-40S holds twice as many pans.
