What temperature do they hold?

Every Selcyus model adjusts from 27°C to 93°C. For food safety, hot food must be held at 60°C or above.

What power do they need?

All Selcyus models run on single-phase 240V power.

What warranty applies?

Selcyus equipment has a 12 month warranty.
