Selcyus HHS11E10 - Heated Holding Cabinet, 10 x GN 1/1, 810mm High
The Selcyus HHS11E10 is a heated holding cabinet, 810mm high, that holds 10 x GN 1/1 65mm pans, 6 x 100mm pans or 5 x GN 2/1 at 27°C to 93°C using CIRCUM Heat pads in the side walls, with no water needed. It is 304 stainless steel inside and out, with anti-tilt GN slides, a lockable door and 4 heavy-duty castors.
