The Selcyus HHS12E30H is a large 522 litre heated holding cabinet that holds 30 x GN 1/1 or 15 x GN 2/1 pans, up to 163kg of food, at 27°C to 93°C in a single compartment, using CIRCUM Heat pads in the side walls with no water needed. Two lockable, self-closing doors cut heat loss, and it has a full perimeter bumper and 4 heavy-duty castors.
