For hotels, caterers and large kitchens holding a lot of hot food at once, the Selcyus HHS12E30H offers 522 litres in a single compartment. It takes 30 x GN 1/1 or 15 x GN 2/1 pans, up to 163kg of food, at 27°C to 93°C using Selcyus's patented CIRCUM Heat technology. Two lockable, self-closing doors mean you only open half the cabinet at a time, which ICE says minimises heat loss. Unlike the dual compartment HHS22E16X, it has one temperature control for the whole cabinet.
