The Selcyus HHS11N6X is a compact heated holding cabinet, only 480mm wide, that holds 6 x GN 1/1 65mm pans at 27°C to 93°C using CIRCUM Heat pads in the side walls, with no water needed. It is 304 stainless steel inside and out, with anti-tilt GN slides, a lockable door and 4 heavy-duty castors.
