Hold two different foods at two different temperatures in one cabinet: the Selcyus HHS22E16X has two independently controlled compartments, so each can run at its own temperature between 27°C and 93°C. Each compartment takes 16 x GN 1/1 pans at 65mm, 8 at 100mm or 8 x GN 2/1, heated by Selcyus's patented CIRCUM Heat technology. It is the tallest Selcyus cabinet at 1925mm, and the one to choose over the single compartment HHS12E30H when different foods need different settings.

• Access: it is 1925mm tall and comes packed at 2093mm high, taller than many internal doorways. Measure every door and plan the route. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
