The Selcyus HHS12N15H is a full height heated holding cabinet with a slim 650mm footprint, for restaurants, clubs and caterers that need to hold 15 x GN 1/1 pans hot. Its patented CIRCUM Heat technology spreads gentle, even heat without water, and a thermostat with an LCD display sets anywhere from 27°C to 93°C. ICE describes it as an energy efficient, low power design. Pans load lengthways (north-south), and it is narrower than the 840mm wide HHS12E30H, which holds twice as many GN 1/1 pans.
