Selcyus HHD0003E - Heated Holding Drawers, 3 Drawer, GN 1/1
The Selcyus HHD0003E is a 3 drawer heated holding unit that keeps cooked food hot and moist with no water needed, using CIRCUM Heat pads in the side walls for even, gentle heat. Each drawer takes a GN 1/1 pan up to 152mm deep, the temperature adjusts from 27°C to 93°C on an electronic LCD controller, and it is 304 stainless steel inside and out.
