Elementry HT-40S - Heated Food Warmer Cart, 40 Pans, Single Door
For big functions and banquets, the Elementry HT-40S holds 40 x 65mm deep 1/1 GN pans of hot food at 30 to 90°C in one mobile cabinet. Convection heating spreads the heat evenly and a built-in water tray adds humidity to keep food moist. It suits caterers, function centres and hotels that hold or move large quantities of hot food. It has the same features as the HT-20S, with twice the pan capacity in a wider 720mm body.
