The Fagor CP-G7126 is a 400mm Kore 700 gas pasta cooker with a single 26 litre GN 2/3 well and two 1/3 size baskets, a neat fit for cafes, trattorias and noodle bars that cook on gas. A 10 kW stainless steel burner sits outside the well, with a combustion chamber that heats both its base and sides. It is the gas twin of the electric CP-E7126, and the CP-G7226 doubles it up with two wells.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order (same price), and make sure it matches your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Power and water: it also needs a small 230V single-phase power supply (0.1 kW), and a water connection at 200–400 kPa made by a licensed plumber.
• Access: packed size is 440 x 822 x 1255 mm at 70 kg, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.

Does a gas model need power too?
Yes. It needs a 230V single-phase supply (0.1 kW, 2 A). It uses electronic spark ignition, with a manual ignition tube as a backup.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, with the water connected by a licensed plumber.
