The FED-X XURF1410S2V is a 1480mm wide stainless steel upright freezer with four half-height split doors and 1410 litres gross capacity (945 litres net). Fan-forced cooling with a Dixell controller and automatic defrost holds -22°C to -18°C, and it is rated for kitchens up to 43°C. The half-height split doors mean only part of the cabinet opens at a time, which FED says can cut yearly running costs by up to 30%. It has three shelf levels plus the base, with shelves sized for GN 1/1 pans, self-closing lockable doors and heavy-duty castors with front brakes, and runs from a standard 10A plug.
