Gasmax GGS-36 - 900mm Gas Griddle and Toaster with Cabinet
For a burger bar or diner that cooks patties, eggs and toasted buns in volume, the Gasmax GGS-36 is a complete 915mm cooking station. A 19mm mild steel griddle plate sits on top, with a gas toaster (broiler) and sliding rack for buns and melts, and a double-door cabinet below for storage. It has five cast iron burners, each with flame failure control, compared with three on the 610mm GGS-24.

Good to know before you buy:
- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to suit your premises.
- Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
- Gas rating for LPG: if you are on LPG, ask us to confirm the LPG gas rating before your gas fitter sizes the supply.
- Access: it is a heavy, freestanding unit 915mm wide and 815mm deep. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorways and arrange lifting help.
