Gasmax REB-02E - Heavy Duty Gas Salamander 3 Infrared Burners
A salamander puts intense top-down heat exactly where you need it, and the Gasmax REB-02E does it with three ceramic infrared burners over a 630 x 400mm grill area. Restaurants and bistros use it to finish steaks and seafood, brown gratins, melt cheese and toast. It has auto ignition, a pilot light and flame failure shut-off, with an easy-adjust shelf to set the distance from the burners. The REB-03E is the same size but adds a tray lifting system.
