The Inomak UBI71790LB is a low boy chef base: a 660mm high refrigerated drawer unit designed to sit under countertop cooking equipment, so a grill or griddle cook can reach chilled ingredients without leaving the station. It has 6 drawers on telescopic guides, takes 100mm deep 1/1 GN pans, and holds 245 litres at 0°C to +10°C in kitchens up to 43°C. It is made in Greece; the 2240mm UBI72240LB adds two more drawers.
