The Lainox Oracle is a 17.9 litre all-in-one high speed oven for cafes, bars and quick service counters that need to toast, bake and reheat food to order, fast. In High Speed mode it combines impingement (3 kW), microwave (1 kW) and convection at 100–300°C; in Combi Wave mode it works as a convection oven, a microwave or both. Choose black, steel or red. It sits between the compact 17.3 litre Oracle and the 36.4 litre Oracle XL.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: it needs a 15 A single-phase power point, not a standard 10 A one. If you don't have one, have a licensed electrician fit it before delivery. We supply the equipment only.
• Ventilation: Lainox designs the Oracle to run without an extraction hood thanks to its built-in catalyst filter. Check your local council's requirements for your site.
• Access: it arrives packed at 600 x 800 x 800mm and 73 kg, by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking.
• Colour: black, steel and red are the same price; pick your colour when you order.

Common questions:

Is there a stand for it?
Yes. Lainox makes a stainless steel floor stand with a lower shelf for this model (OSR85), and a stacking kit for Oracle ovens (OKSV). Ask us for prices.

What extra trays can I get?
Lainox offers an accessories kit (2 smooth and 2 perforated Teflon trays plus a non-stick grill plate), a stone plate and multilayer Teflon trays. Ask us what suits your menu.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It plugs into a 15 A power point, which a licensed electrician can fit if you don't already have one.
