The Mecnosud SMF0025 fork mixer makes up to 25kg of dough in a 30 litre bowl, which takes a 15kg bag of flour. The fork works the dough gently, which suits bread and pizza dough. Made in Italy with a stainless steel frame and all rotating parts on ball bearings, it runs on single-phase power.
