The Mecnosud SMF0080 is a two speed fork mixer that makes up to 80kg of dough in a 93 litre bowl, which takes two 25kg bags of flour. The fork works the dough gently, which suits bakeries making bread and pizza dough in volume. Made in Italy with a stainless steel frame and all rotating parts on ball bearings, it runs on three-phase power.
