The Mecnosud SMF0035 is a two speed fork mixer that makes up to 35kg of dough in a 40 litre bowl, which takes a 20kg bag of flour. The fork works the dough gently, which suits bread and pizza dough. Made in Italy with a stainless steel frame and all rotating parts on ball bearings, it runs on three-phase power.
