It is the original Easy Tomato Slicer; the Easy Tomato Slicer 2 (NTS1045) adds a pretensioned blade cartridge.

• Choosing a slice: 4.5mm gives thinner slices for sandwiches and wraps, while 6.25mm gives a thicker slice. Each version cuts one size.

What is the difference between the NTS0045 and NTS1045?
Both slice tomatoes. The NTS1045 (Easy Tomato Slicer 2) uses an enclosed cartridge of pretensioned blades, so there is no blade tension to adjust, and it has one more blade in each size.

Can I replace the blades?
Yes. ICE lists spare blade sets for each slice size. Ask us for one.

Does it need power?
No. It is a manual slicer, so there is nothing to plug in.

Warranty: 12 months, back to base, through ICE, Nemco's Australian distributor. Back to base means that if a warranty fault comes up, the item is returned to ICE to be assessed, rather than being looked at on site.
