Norris Madison IR120 - Rack Conveyor Washer
The Norris Madison IR120 is a compact rack conveyor dishwasher for restaurants, hotels and community canteens that handle large volumes of dishware every day but are tight on space. It processes up to 120 racks an hour through its wash and rinse stages, with a powerful 10.5 kW wash tank element, a rinse pump to hold rinse pressure and a rapid-recovery boiler. This is the IR120 without a dryer; the IR120 with Drying Unit adds a drying stage, and the IR200 steps up to 200 racks an hour.

Good to know before you buy:
- Exit direction: Norris builds the IR120 as a left-exit or right-exit machine. Tell us which side clean racks should come out when you order.
- Chemicals: detergent and rinse aid injection are not built in, so plan for a separate chemical dosing system with your chemical supplier.
- Power: it needs a heavy three-phase supply (40 A per phase) and must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Water and drain: it connects to hot water and drains by gravity, connected by a licensed plumber.

Common questions:
Does it dispense detergent and rinse aid?
No. Norris lists detergent and rinse aid injection as not included on the IR120, so plan a separate dosing system with your chemical supplier.

Warranty: 2 years parts and labour, plus 3 years on the control board and cabinet, from Norris. Norris extends this to 4 years on the whole machine when Zexa ware-washing chemicals are used consistently (proof of purchase may be required). Exclusions apply.
