The Orved Idea 30 is an Italian benchtop chamber vacuum packer with a waterproof, scratch-resistant digital panel and 10 editable programs, so each staff member can pack the same product the same way every time. A smart vacuum sensor, an 8 m³/h pump and a 310mm seal bar suit restaurants, butchers and caterers packing for storage and sous vide. Its 334 x 351mm chamber is 190mm high. The Idea 31 is the gas-ready version with a larger chamber and faster pump.
