The Orved Evox 30 (VMO030E) is a benchtop chamber vacuum packer made in Italy, with a 310 mm seal bar, an 8 m³/h pump and a deep 183 mm chamber. Two vacuum levels (storage and cooking) and four sealing settings suit restaurants that vacuum pack every day for storage and sous vide.
