For a cafe or restaurant going all-electric in 800 mm of line, the SCooker HLBZJ4N-C19 puts a GN 1/1 electric oven under four 3.5 kW induction zones. Allow for 19 kW in total, 14 kW for the top and 5 kW for the oven. The HLBZ4N-C14 is the same top with no oven, and the 1200 mm HLBZJ6N-C26 adds two more zones and a storage cabinet.

Good to know before you buy:

• Installation: must be connected by a licensed electrician, to AS/NZS 3000. It needs a 3-phase supply. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for an 800 x 750 x 905 mm unit, about 110 kg.

Induction or solid plate range?
At 800 mm both weigh 110 kg and draw 25 A per phase. This one has higher powered zones, at 19 kW in total, with a display and cookware detection. The DLZSJ4N-C14D2 keeps to cast iron plates at 14.2 kW.

What can I fit in the oven?
It takes GN 1/1 pans on three rack positions, in a cavity 200 mm high. Check the height of your deepest tray or roasting pan against that figure.

Does it need a neutral?
Yes. It runs on 415 V three phase with neutral and earth (3P+N+E), at 25 A per phase, so give your electrician those details when you order.
