The SCooker DLGBJ4N-C14D6 combines a four zone infrared cooktop with a GN 1/1 electric oven below, for a cafe or restaurant that needs both in 800 mm of line. The four 2.4 kW zones and 5 kW oven add up to 14.6 kW. It has the same top as the DLGB4N-C9D6 in the same footprint, and the DLGBJ6N-C19D4 adds two more zones in a 1200 mm body.

Good to know before you buy:

• Installation: must be connected by a licensed electrician, to AS/NZS 3000. It needs a 3-phase supply. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for an 800 x 750 x 905 mm unit, about 110 kg.

Should I get the version without the oven?
The DLGB4N-C9D6 has the same top in the same 800 mm footprint with no oven. It weighs 60 kg against 110 kg here, and draws 15 A per phase against 25 A.

What can I fit in the oven?
It takes GN 1/1 pans on three rack positions, in a cavity 200 mm high. Check the height of your deepest tray or roasting pan against that figure.

What does the display show?
It shows output power, cumulative energy consumption and malfunction codes, and it lets you program the menu settings.
