The SCooker DLGBJ6N-C19D4 pairs a six zone infrared cooktop with a GN 1/1 electric oven below, for restaurants that want one piece to cover pans and baking in 1200 mm of line. The six 2.4 kW zones and 5 kW oven add up to 19.4 kW. It is the largest SCooker infrared range, with two more zones than the 800 mm DLGBJ4N-C14D6 and the same oven.

Good to know before you buy:

• Installation: must be connected by a licensed electrician, to AS/NZS 3000. It needs a 3-phase supply. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 1200 x 750 x 905 mm unit, about 140 kg.

Does the oven run the full 1200 mm?
No. It is 525 mm wide inside, the same oven as the 800 mm DLGBJ4N-C14D6, so the extra width gets you two more cook zones rather than a bigger oven.

What does the oven add over the same top without one?
Against the DLGB6N-C14D4, the oven adds 5 kW and 50 kg, and takes the supply from 22 A to 36 A per phase.

How big a pan suits each zone?
Each glass plate is 300 x 300 mm, but the heating section is a 200 mm circle, so a pan close to that size makes the most of the heat.
