The Skipio SFT45-4 is a 1210 litre upright freezer split behind four half doors, so you can reach one quarter of your frozen stock without opening the rest. It runs at -21°C to -12°C with fan-forced cooling, a good match for busy restaurants and takeaways with several staff pulling stock at once. It uses the same 1260mm cabinet as the two door SFT45-2 and pairs with the SRT45-4 fridge.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: 1260mm wide, 850mm deep and 1937mm tall (142 kg). Delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't cover taking it inside, up stairs or unpacking. Measure doorways before ordering.
• Power: standard 10 A plug. Plug directly into a wall outlet, as Skipio requires.
• Airflow: Skipio asks for at least 300mm of space above the cabinet, where warm air is exhausted.
• Cleaning: brush the top-mounted condenser monthly with the brush supplied. A clogged condenser shortens compressor life.

Common questions:

Four doors or two: what's the difference?
The SFT45-4 and SFT45-2 share the same cabinet, power and 6 shelves. The four door version holds 1210 litres, the two door 1215 litres. Half doors mean less of the freezer is open at once.

Does it show the temperature?
Yes. The digital controller displays the cabinet temperature and shows an alarm code if it gets too warm.

Does it need a drain?
No. Defrost water is handled by the drain water evaporation system.
