Offer four flavours from the counter with the Tecnocrio Baby, an Italian countertop ice cream freezer that takes four 5 litre ice cream containers. It runs from 0°C to -18°C on R290 refrigerant with a copper evaporator, in an easy-clean ABS body, and ICE describes it as silent with low energy consumption. It suits cafes, takeaways and kiosks adding scooped ice cream without a floor standing freezer. Compared with the 2 tub Piccolo, it is wider at 925mm and takes twice as many containers.
