Small enough to sit on a cafe counter, the Bonvue CGD-03B puts a few flavours of gelato right where customers order. It takes 3 x 5L gelato pans, one 65mm deep 1/1 GN pan or 2 popsicle insert discs under a glass display lid with LED lighting, and holds -16°C to -18°C with static cooling on R290 natural refrigerant. Good to know before you buy:

• Counter space: it needs a bench at least 750mm deep and 670mm wide. Leave space around it and keep the air vents clear so the compressor can breathe.
• Access: packed, it is 810 x 740 x 570 mm and the unit weighs 44 kg, so allow two people to lift it onto the counter. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking.
• Power: plugs into a standard 10 A power point.
