The FED Thermaster SD-325P is a compact gelato display freezer for cafes, dessert bars and takeaways that want to add scooped gelato or ice cream without a big footprint. It shows 6 x 5L pans at -15°C to -12°C, has 300 litres of capacity and rolls on castors, all from a standard 10 A plug. It is the smallest of the three SD-P gelato displays; the SD-415P takes 9 pans and the SD-575P takes 12.

- Room conditions: FED rates it for 30°C at 50% humidity, so keep it out of direct sun and away from heat sources.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 A power point.
- Access: the carton is about 1210 x 1005 x 1310 mm and the unit weighs 109 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking, so check that a 1 metre deep carton will fit through your door.
