Nine flavours on show is a good middle ground for many gelato counters, and the FED Thermaster SD-415P does it in a 1350mm cabinet. It holds 9 x 5L pans at -15°C to -12°C, offers 400 litres of capacity and carries a 9 star GEMS rating, the highest of the three SD-P models.
