The Tecnodom Nerone EKO TDE-4CD is a compact digital convection oven that takes four 435 x 350 mm trays and plugs into a standard 10 A power point. At just 589 mm wide it fits small cafes, kiosks and service counters that bake and reheat pastries, pies and snacks but don't have room or power for a full-size 600 x 400 mm oven. Twin fans, a double display and memory for 9 recipes help staff get consistent results, and it comes with one solid tray and three wire racks.

- Power: plugs into a standard 10 A single-phase outlet. Use a fixed socket rather than an extension lead or adaptor.
- Tray size: it takes 435 x 350 mm trays, which are smaller than standard 600 x 400 mm bakery trays. Make sure your trays suit before ordering.
- Clearances: Tecnodom asks for at least 100 mm at the sides and top, 600 mm if other heat sources are nearby, and 600 mm in front of the door.
