Six refrigerated drawers and a single solid door sit under the 3029 mm pizza top of the True TPP-AT-119D-6-HC, so nearly all backup stock is in pull-out drawers while one cupboard with two shelves takes tall or awkward containers. Each drawer holds a 2/1 GN pan up to 200 mm deep, and the top carries fifteen 1/3 GN pans kept at 0.5°C to 5°C. At 346 kg it is heavier than the 119-HC, 119D-2 and 119D-4 (318 kg each), and its crate is taller too.
