Built for the cooking line, the TUC-27D-2-HC swaps the usual door for two refrigerated drawers, each sized for one 1/1 GN pan up to 150 mm deep. Ingredients slide out towards you instead of hiding at the back of a cabinet, and the 702 mm unit still holds 0.5°C to 3.3°C in kitchens up to 40°C. It shares its footprint with the single-door TUC-27-HC, which offers more storage (143 litres net against 39 litres) but no drawers.
