Two wide drawers, each holding two 1/1 GN pans up to 200 mm deep, make the TUC-44D-2-HC a high-volume pan station for the cooking line. It is built on True's deep 1131 mm wide, 818 mm deep cabinet and holds 0.5°C to 3.3°C in kitchens up to 40°C. The standard-depth TUC-27D-2-HC takes one 150 mm pan per drawer; this model doubles the pans and allows deeper ones.
