The TUC-27G-HC turns the space under your counter into a lit display, with a full glass door, LED lighting and 143 litres net held at 0.5°C to 3.3°C. At 702 mm wide it gives you more room and deeper shelves than the 610 mm TUC-24G-HC. True tests it to the display-cabinet standard EN 23953 (temperature class M1), so if the unit will live in a hot back-of-house kitchen, look at the solid-door TUC-27-HC instead.
