True TWT-44-HC - 1 Door Deep Worktop Fridge 1131mm 260L
The True TWT-44-HC puts a 1131 mm stainless steel prep bench, with a 100 mm splashback, on top of 260 litres of chilled storage behind one wide solid door. It belongs to True's deep storage range: 823 mm front to back instead of the 766 mm of the standard TWT worktops, so its two shelves are a generous 635 x 705 mm. It holds 0.5°C to 3.3°C in kitchens up to 40°C and carries a 7-star rating in True's price list. If you want a lower unit without the splashback, the TUC-44-HC is its undercounter equivalent.

- Access: packed, it measures 1296 x 966 x 1245 mm and weighs 130 kg, so check doorways, corridors and tight corners. Delivery is by third-party tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
- Fit: the 823 mm depth leaves out 26 mm of rear bumpers, and True's range notes add 7 mm for the front bumper on deep units. Allow about 856 mm in total when you measure the space.

Common questions:
How is it different from the TUC-44-HC?
Both are 1131 mm wide with 260 litres net. The TWT-44-HC is a worktop: 1004 mm high with a stainless steel top and 100 mm splashback, on 127 mm castors. The TUC-44-HC is 839 mm high with no splashback and sits on 64 mm castors.
Can I add an overshelf above the bench?
Yes. True makes heavy-gauge stainless steel overshelf kits for the 44 size, in single or double versions, and a half-door bun tray rack is also listed for this model. These are available as extras, so ask us.
Should I choose this or the standard-depth TWT-48-HC?
They hold almost the same amount (260 litres net here, 262 litres in the TWT-48-HC). The TWT-44-HC is 98 mm narrower and 57 mm deeper, with one door and 2 large 635 x 705 mm shelves. The TWT-48-HC has 2 doors and 4 smaller shelves, so pick the one that suits your space and the size of your trays and containers.
