Four drawers across a 1229 mm worktop make the True TWT-48D-4-HC a good match for a prep line where ingredients come in and out all shift. Each drawer takes one 305 x 458 mm pan up to 150 mm deep, held at 0.5°C to 3.3°C below a stainless steel top with a 100 mm splashback. It is all drawers with no shelves, so net capacity is 53 litres. If you want to mix drawers with shelf space, the TWT-48D-2-HC has two drawers and a door.
