Four 1/1 GN drawers under 1534 mm of stainless steel bench make the True TWT-60D-4-HC an all-drawer prep base for kitchens that work from pans rather than shelves. Each drawer takes one 1/1 GN pan up to 150 mm deep, giving 78 litres net at 0.5°C to 3.3°C, with a 100 mm splashback along the back of the top. These drawers are sized for 1/1 GN. The deep TWT-67D-4-HC takes one 2/1 GN pan up to 200 mm deep in each of its four drawers.
