The Turbo Air KUR9-2D-2-N fits two deep refrigerated drawers into a 900 mm wide cabinet, which suits the end of a prep line, a sandwich or salad station, or a small cafe kitchen. Each stainless steel drawer takes a 1/1 GN pan up to 150 mm deep for bulk fillings, sauces or cut vegetables, and the cabinet holds 1°C to 8°C across 198 litres. Turbo Air lists its energy use at 1.35 kWh per 24 hours. The KUR9-3D-3-N gives you three shallower drawers in the same size.
