Turbo Air KUR9-1-N - 1 Door Underbench Fridge 900mm 198L
Short on floor space? The Turbo Air KUR9-1-N fits 198 litres of chilled storage into a 900 mm wide stainless steel cabinet with one solid door, so it slots in beside a coffee machine, at the end of a prep bench or behind a small bar. It holds 1°C to 8°C with fan cooling, uses 1.14 kWh per 24 hours and plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet. Pick it over the glass door KGR9-1-N when you want storage rather than display, or over the 900 mm drawer models when you would rather have an open shelf.
Key features:
- 198 litres behind a single solid door, with 1 adjustable heavy-duty (50 kg) PE-coated wire shelf
- Holds 1°C to 8°C, with fan-forced air for even temperatures through the cabinet
- Digital temperature control and monitoring
- Turbo Cooling function runs the compressor continuously for up to two hours to pull the temperature down after a restock
- Patented self-cleaning condenser: a rotating brush sweeps the condenser 2 to 3 times a day so dust does not build up
- Front breathing, so it can sit closer to walls or under a bench
- Drain water evaporation system, so no extra drain is needed
- R290 natural refrigerant and CFC-free polyurethane insulation
- Stainless steel inside and out, recessed grip handle, magnetic door gasket, castors as standard

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: at 900 mm wide and 72 kg it is one of the easier units to move in, but check doorways and the path to its spot. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery does not include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
- Height: Turbo Air's catalogue gives 855 mm, its price list 850 mm and its website 860 mm including castors, so allow 860 mm when you measure the space.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point.
- Airflow: it breathes through the front, so keep the front grille clear. The grille opens easily and has a condenser filter.
Compare similar models:
- Turbo Air KGR9-1-N: same 900 mm size and 198 litres with a glass door, 1.92 kWh per 24 hours

Common questions:
Does it need a drain?
No. Turbo Air's drain water evaporation system handles the condensate, and Turbo Air says this removes the need for an extra drain.
Can I have it on legs instead of castors?
Castors come as standard and legs are an option. Ask us if you would prefer legs.
Do you install it?
There is nothing to install. It plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet and needs no drain. We supply the equipment only.
