If you like the Kentucky layout but want a crisper, clean-lined look, the Unis UNE-SQGLASSKEN2THHIGH swaps the curves for square glass on a 750mm-wide, 2-tray cabinet. Inside it works like the curved version, with multi-height shelves, humidity and a fully variable +30 to +90°C thermostat to keep hot food fresh for longer. At 53 kg it's the lightest model in the Kentucky range, and it runs from a standard 10 amp plug. An optional 743mm rear cutting board adds work space behind the cabinet.

Why choose square glass over curved?
Mostly for the look of your counter. The square-glass model is 750mm wide (versus 746mm) and lighter at 53 kg, with the same 775mm depth, 750mm height, temperature range and 10 amp plug as the curved 2-tray.
How does the Kentucky differ from the Thaya?
Both are Unis heated, humidified displays running at +30 to +90°C. The Kentucky is 775mm deep and 750mm high, with 36W lighting and an optional rear cutting board. The Thaya is 718mm deep, has LED lighting to every shelf and can also drop into a counter.
Does it need a special power point?
No. A standard 10 amp power point is enough.
