Wide, square and clean-lined, the Unis UNE-SQGLASSKEN3THHIGH puts three trays of hot food behind square glass on a 1080mm-wide Kentucky cabinet. It keeps the Kentucky's multi-height shelving, humidity and fully variable +30 to +90°C thermostat, with 2 x 36W lighting, and at 72 kg it's much lighter than the 94 kg curved 3-tray. It runs from a 10 amp plug, and you can add a 1010mm rear cutting board for staff work space.

Do I need a 15 amp outlet for a 3-tray cabinet?
No. This one plugs into a standard 10 amp power point. In the Kentucky range, only the 4-tray needs 15 amp.
What does the rear cutting board add?
A 1010 x 150mm surface at the rear for staff, which fits and removes easily for cleaning. Choose it in the Rear cutting board option.
